Is this edition available now?

How does our data get in?

Through a connection with your POS and scheduling software: sales per location and day, hours and labour cost per location, day and department. Invoices and purchases can come from Moneybird or your own accounting system. Is a system not connected yet? We build the connection at no extra cost, as long as it has an API that is free to use. Ready within 48 hours. No free API? Then you upload a CSV or Excel export under Data → Sources.

Do you need data about individual employees?

No. Hours and labour cost per location, day and department are enough. Names and salaries per person are not needed.

How is food cost % calculated?

Food purchases divided by food revenue over the same four weeks, per location. Beverage cost % works the same way. It is based on purchases, so it works without stock counts.
