Trips come in through a connection with your TMS or planning software. Is it not connected yet? We build the connection at no extra cost, as long as it has an API that is free to use. Ready within 48 hours. No free API? Then you upload a CSV or Excel export under Data → Sources. Invoices come through the Moneybird connection, and the sales pipeline through HubSpot. Northdeck only reads; it never writes back to your systems.

What counts as a loss-making lane?

A lane with at least five trips in the last 90 days whose total trip margin is negative. Northdeck flags it in the checks and in the weekly report, with the trips behind it.

Can we change the KPIs and dashboards?

Yes. The edition is a starting setup: tables, KPIs, dashboards, checks and the MT report can all be adapted to how you plan and invoice.
