Which data do we need to deliver?

Placements with their charge and cost rate, hours per placement per week, vacancies and invoices. A connection with your back office is enough. Is it not connected yet? We build the connection at no extra cost, as long as it has an API that is free to use. Ready within 48 hours. No free API? Then you upload a CSV or Excel export under Data → Sources. For flex workers we only use an id, a name and a function group, with no BSN, no wages and no absence.

Can a consultant see the finance figures?

No. Invoices, receivables and DSO are in a finance module that only the MT and admins see.

Can we adjust KPIs and dashboards?

Yes. The edition is a starting configuration: tables, formulas, KPIs, dashboards and the weekly MT report can all be changed for your agency.
