Yes. Close a month and its figures are kept as reported, so later entries do not change them. You compare each period with the previous one and with the same period last year. Closing months and MT reports come with Growth (weekly and monthly reports) and Scale (also quarterly and annual). Starter has the dashboards, without reports.

Yes. You set alerts on any KPI: when it goes off target, when it moves sharply against yesterday, last week or the last 30 days, or when new rows come in, such as a payment received or a deal won. Important alerts arrive straight away, in the app and by e-mail; the rest comes in one summary every morning. Every user chooses how they receive each alert. Alerts come with Growth and Scale.

Yes, in every plan. Ask a question in plain language, such as why margin fell last month, and the assistant answers with your own figures: it brings up the right KPI, breakdown or rows as a chart or table, with a short explanation. It only uses the data in your Northdeck workspace and respects what each user may see; it never looks in your other systems or on the internet. Owners and admins can also ask it to build something: a new KPI, a chart on a dashboard or a rule, such as "make a KPI for wholesale revenue in the last 30 days". The assistant proposes it with what it would show now, and you add it with one click; nothing changes until you do. It only adds new things: it does not change or delete what you already have. Yes. Growth covers up to two companies, Scale any number. Every row belongs to a company. You see the whole group or one company, and the reports show them side by side.

Yes. We prepare the connection for you within 48 hours, at no extra cost, as long as your system has an API that is free to use: the supplier does not charge for access. No free API? Then you upload a CSV or Excel export under Data → Sources. Your 14-day trial starts right away. Once it is connected, your data comes in by itself and you see your numbers.

No. You connect your systems in a few minutes, and Northdeck builds the KPIs and dashboards for your business. An admin at your company can change views and dashboards and build your own KPIs with the KPI builder, without writing code, in every plan. Every change is recorded in the audit log. Choose a plan on this site and start with 14 days free. You give your payment details when you sign up; the first payment is collected automatically when the trial ends, and if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. You then get an e-mail to set your password, connect your systems yourself, and see your figures as soon as your data is in. After the trial you pay per month and can cancel every month in the app; your subscription stops at the end of that month. Pay for a year at once and you get two months free; that year runs in full and renews yearly unless you cancel before the renewal date.
